Purchase & delivery terms

With us at Dragy Nordic (MH Consulting AB, SE559008-330801) you can buy a cool GPS module that allows you to measure the performance of your vehicle.

These purchase and delivery terms are applied to all purchases and orders made at www.dragynordic.com by customers resident in Sweden. In cases where the customer resides in another Member State within the EU other than Sweden, the conditions apply in those parts where they do not deviate from the consumer legislation in the customer's country. We at MH Consulting AB follow the consumer law legislation in the customer's country where so prescribed by EU rules

As a customer at DragyNordic.com (MH Consulting AB) you have the right to request information about your personal data. You also have the right to request that your personal data be changed or deleted.

Purchase agreement
Purchase agreements are entered into when you choose to register your order at the checkout. Order confirmation is then automatically generated by our database without manual review. If any defect in the order arises, we contact you to handle the matter further, it may be a reservation, that the goods you ordered have changed the delivery time or other unforeseen events.

Sales to minors
MH Consulting AB only includes agreements with an adult person (18 years and over), or a minor person with a legal guardian's permission and approval. Any exceptions can be found in accordance with the Parental Code.

The prices we have on our trading venue are our current prices including 25% VAT. The VAT is included in the total cost that you see in the checkout. If VAT is changed, we reserve the right to change the prices corresponding to the change. Price adjustments can also be made at any time without prior notification.

Discount codes
If you have a discount code, enter this at the checkout.
Discount codes may in some cases not be combined with each other or current campaigns. Only one discount code at a time can be entered in the checkout.

Products & Total Costs
All products that we sell can be used in Sweden. Total cost including shipping cost and any other fees and VAT is included in the total price you see in the checkout. Offers and discount codes are clearly specified in the checkout. Any stock status is always displayed on the product / article page and we are reserved for any final sale. DragyNordic.com cannot provide any warranty regarding the delivery time of goods that are not in stock at the time of purchase.


When delivering goods within Sweden, we use the shipping company Postnord. Your goods will then be delivered to the delivery point which is closest based on your postal code, if it cannot be delivered to your nearest representative, it will be sent to what is next closest. We reserve the right that if the package cannot be delivered to your representative, it will be delivered to the nearest terminal and a notification will go to you. Please note that the times for delivery may differ depending on your postal code. All goods remain in MH Consulting AB's ownership until full payment has been received by the company.

All shipments are fully insured. If you want to send the order abroad, a shipping cost of SEK 299 will be added. If you wish to order a delivery to your company, please contact us at info@dragynordic.com for separate handling.

When ordering goods that are in stock and goods that are not in stock at the time of purchase, your order will be sub-delivered, if you do not wish your order to be delivered, please contact customer service. If / when your goods are in stock then your order will be sent from us within 1-3 working days. When your order has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility is transferred to the freight company and DragyNordic.com cannot provide any delivery guarantee.

We reserve the right for any final sales and will return to you as soon as we receive information regarding this from the supplier.

Return Policy

 You can cancel within 14 days.
We reserve the right, in the event of a return of goods, to make a depreciation deduction if the condition of the goods has changed to such an extent that it can no longer be sold to another customer without deducting the selling price. This includes, for example, broken packaging since the product cannot be sold again.

Refunds will be made as soon as we receive your return and take between 5-7 business days from the time we registered the refund. Refunds are then made using the same payment method as originally used. We reserve the right for return handling to take up to 20 working days. At the return, the products should be packed properly in an undamaged original packaging and original packaging. Note that the original packaging should not be used as an outer carton as the product can be damaged and you can get a reduction in value. In addition to possible depreciation deductions, you are also responsible for the shipping cost.

In case of any use of your return right without our return shipping bill, you pay for the shipping cost and thus also have transport responsibility. Returns must be sent to our address which you can find at the bottom of the website or under Contact Us.

Transport responsibility means that you are responsible for ensuring that your shipment comes to us in full. Therefore, please pack the goods extra carefully so that they are not damaged during the journey and please use an alternative where you can track the shipment, for example packages or recommended letters. When returning packages from abroad it is very important that you mark the package with RETURN to avoid extra costs.
