How gör jag för att beställa?
Välj produkt, antal och lägg till.
I kassan fyller du i all information som krävs, och sedan betala så skickar vi din Dragy omgående!

How do I know my order has gone through? You will receive an order confirmation immediately after you paid and also a Mail!

How do I register my discount code? You do that at the checkout.

How long delivery time do you have? 2-3 days from the time we sent the product. We will ship your product within 24h. NOTE! Christmas and New Year we have closed, and sends from 2020-01-07!

Which payment solutions can I choose from? Card, Swish, Invoice (Credit rating required for Invoice handled by PayEx)

How much does the shipping cost? All products are incl. shipping.

Where is my delivery? You will receive a Mail with tracking number, PostNord will respond best to questions after it has left us.

Can I cancel an order? Absolutely, contact us via: info@dragy.se

Can I return an item? Within 14 days and the product / package should be unopened, we only return unopened goods. The buyer stands for return shipping to us.

How does the right of RETURN work? Contact us if you regret, you can return the product to us within 14 days, provided the item is unopened.

When will I receive a refund for my return? Within 7 business days from the time we inspected the package. We also reserve that handling of the return can take up to 20 days.

According to Section 26 of the Personal Data Act, DragyNordic is obliged, once your calendar has been signed in writing, to notify you, free of charge, of personal data that you are processing or not. If such information is processed, written information shall be provided about which personal data of you that are processed, from which these data have been retrieved, the purposes of the treatment and to which recipients or categories of recipients the information has been provided. DragyNordic is also obliged, at your request, to correct, block or delete such personal data that have not been processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Additional personal information about you will then not be processed. DragyNordic, info@dragynordic.com is responsible for personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
